Product Introduction:
RS is a special textile softener developed with advanced silicone modification technology. It has a brand-new modified organic silicon chemical structure, combined with double modified functional groups, which can give the fabric a silky, full and washable silky feel.
The design of RS is especially suitable for fluorocarbon soil release finish. It can be applied to various fabrics together with fluorine-containing decontamination finishing agent, which can effectively improve the feel without relatively affecting the easy decontamination effect.
RS softener can be applied to different types of fibers (such as chemical fiber, cotton, wool, viscose fiber, man-made fiber, etc.) and various fabrics, it is more smooth and better than the general amino-modified silicone softener Low yellowing effect.
Product Features
RS has more advantages on fabrics than traditional silicone softeners, and can improve the finishing process of fabrics:
* Will not affect the easy decontamination effect of the fluorine-containing easy decontamination treatment fabric.
* Can be used together with fluorine-based easy-to-decontaminate finishing agent and anti-crease resin.
* Excellent compatibility with general textile additives, such as cationic softeners.

Dilute/dissolve
RS should be diluted with water before it can be applied to general textile post-processing.

Reference process
RS can be directly mixed with fluorine-containing detergent and anti-wrinkle resin in the same bath.
As a general softening finishing agent, please refer to the following procedures:
(A) Padding method-100% (one padding and one rolling, tenter pre-drying, 110°C-130°C)
RS 5 g/L-10g/L (thick body fabric)
Rolling rate 85%
(B) Dipping method-100%
RS 0.5%-1.0%
