Performance
1. It can play an excellent effect on the removal of unfixed acid dyes, and can prevent the dyes in the dyeing solution from contaminating the fibers again, further improving the washing and rubbing fastness of the fibers;
2. Effectively reduce the number of washing times after dyeing and shorten the process flow, thereby improving production efficiency, and can also be soaped at a low temperature of 40-60℃ to save steam;
3. Stable color and light after soaping, significantly improving the washing fastness and bright color of the fiber
Application
Impregnation:
Acid soaping agent 213: 0.5-2.0% (o.w.f)
Wash at 40℃-60℃ for about 20 minutes
Continuous:
Acid soaping agent 213: 2-8g/l
Soda ash: 0.5-2g/l
40℃-60℃ two dipping and two rolling

Packaging and storage: Packed in 125KG plastic barrel, it should be stored in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of one year.
