XIAWA L-350 is used as a hydrogen peroxide stabilizer in the bleaching process of cellulose fibers and their blends in cold reactor, continuous open-width, roll dyeing machine, rapid oxygen bleaching and other processes.

⑴ Cold reactor
XIAWA L-106 10~15g/l
XIAWA L-203 10~13g/l

Caustic soda (100%) 40~50g/l
Hydrogen peroxide (100%) 6~8g/l
Rollover rate 95-98%
Normal temperature
Time 12 hours
⑵ Roll dyeing
XIAWA L-103 3~5g/l
XIAWA L-350 2~4g/l
Caustic soda 10~30g/l
Hydrogen peroxide (100%) 6~12g/l
The woven fabric should be desizing before the scouring/bleaching process to prevent the slurry from depositing in the bath. Chelating and dispersing agents 507 1-3 g/l can be added in the same bath for desizing, boiling and bleaching, starting from 40-50℃ Warm to 95-98°C, boil and bleach for 60-120 minutes, rinse four times, then neutralize and wash in cold water.
⑶ Continuous pad dyeing

Complex dispersant H-507: 2-4g/l
Caustic soda 40~60g/l
Hydrogen peroxide (100%) 6~12g/l
Grey cloth→Rolling and scouring liquid (95% rolling rate)→steaming (98-102℃, 45-60min)→washing
【Storage and Transportation】
1. Transport as non-dangerous goods.
2. Use polyethylene plastic barrel lined with plastic bags, 120KG per barrel.
3. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse; shelf life is 1 year.
