Product Introduction
P100 is a new type of deoxygenase, used in dyeing and finishing process, suitable for pre-dyeing treatment of knitting, yarn and so on. It can quickly, effectively and cleanly remove the residual active oxygen in the bath, improve the coloring rate, dyeing fastness and vividness of the active dyeing. At the same time save a lot of water, time, energy and the cost of waste water treatment in the subsequent process.

Performance
1 Can effectively remove the remaining active oxygen in the bath;
2 Improve the dyeing rate, level dyeing and vividness;
3 Reduce the number of cleaning after rinsing and shorten the process;
4 Ensure that the subsequent dyeing does not cause flower dyeing due to residual active oxygen;

Application
The pH in the bath is adjusted to 7

Deoxygenase P100 0.1-0.5%

Wash at 45℃ for 10-20 minutes


Packaging and storage

Packed in 25 kg plastic drums, it should be stored in a cool and ventilated place.
